CnmB National Awards Night 2025
Over 250 teachers from all counties in Ireland will gather in the Hodson Bay Hotel on Friday March 7th for the 2025 Cumann na mBunscol Awards, sponsored by the Cornmarket Group Financial Services.
‘The Awards recognise excellence in the promotion of Gaelic Games in primary schools,’ according to Joe Lyons who is National Chairperson of Cumann na mBunscol.
The awards recognise for the work of teachers, on and off the playing fields and cover a myriad of activities from Public Relations to Promotion of Gaelic Games and Culture and also the activities of individual schools, large and small.
Tyrone Cumann na mBunscol have been nominated in the Social Media Award section alongside Cavan and Fermanagh.
This nomination reflects our impressive use of social media to promote the wide range of activities and events we currently undertake throughout the county. Our Social Media pages also offer an insight into the hard work and commitment our volunteers put in every year to promote our activities; hurling, Camogie, football, handball, rounders and school quizzes.
Without the help of all these teachers, principals, Tyrone coaches, primary schools and clubs we could not continue to deliver all the activities we have on offer.
Let’s hope the Tyrone representatives present on the night can come home with an award.
