What an amazing 2 days of handball we had in Loughmacrory where we were treated to an exhibition of handball from the Primary School girls and boys of Tyrone on Allianz County Finals Day! The skills, determination, teamwork and camaraderie on show was something our schools, families and especially the children themselves should be very proud of. The action was pulsating and the spectators were certainly sent home happy.
Day two saw the boys battle it out in their various sections to be crowned champions. Unfortunately on a day like this - only 1 team can win each category but the smiles and laughter throughout the day shone even brighter than the cherished county medals on show at the finale.
Massive well done to all of the competitors - We are so proud of you all. This is only the start of your handballing journey where so many of the greats of the game have gone before. We wish all of our winners the best of luck as they now go on to represent Tyrone on Ulster Final Day, this Wednesday in Belfast.
