A well contested heat for the Allianz Indoor Girls Gaelic section held in the Station Centre Omagh with 10 schools in attendance. St. Conor's PS and St. Patrick's PS Castlederg qualifed for the semi finals from Group 1. St. Columbcille's PS Carrickmore and St Dympna's PS Dromore qualifed from Group 2. St. Columbcille's PS Carrickmore defeated St. Conor's PS Omagh after extra time in a fierce battle. St. Dympna's PS Dromore defeated St. Patrick's PS Castlederg in the other semi final. The final was played at a frantic pace. After the first five minutes the teams were tied at one each. In extra time St. Dympna's PS Dromore stormed into a 3-1 lead before St Columbcille's PS Carrickmore clawed it back to 3-2. St. Dympna's PS Dromore hit an insurance goal in the dying seconds to claim the victory at 4-2 and the chance to compete at the Allianz Girls Gaelic Finals at the Meadowbank arena in Cookstown.
